Steak Salad Sundays part 9 😮‍💨Thank you @fri gallegos for the rec on this one! It was DELISH Salad Recipe: * 1 cup chopped romaine * 1 cup butter lettuce * Handful sliced red onion * 1/2 avocado, sliced  * Handful of cherry tomatoes * Handful of blue cheese crumbles * Handful of sweet & spicy pecans * Sliced steak  * Handful of French fries  * Balsamic dressing * Add all ingredients to a bowl. Top with your salad dressing. Toss gently until everything is well coated.  Steak (rib eye) * Pat dry and coat each side generously in kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder * Preheat grill to get it nice and hot (set to high heat, you want it around 450-500 degrees) * Please your rib eye directly on the grill, close cover, and let cook about 3-4 minutes undisturbed.  * Flip the steak using some tongs, close cover, and let cook another 3 minutes or so, or until your meat thermometer reads 130 internal temp (med rare). I like to check on it every 2m minutes or so as it is cooking on this side to make sure I don’t overcook it.   * Grill cook times will vary depending on size of steak, so adjust accordingly.  * After you remove from the grill, cover and let rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
