I haven’t been sold on any of the characters from the first movie embodying the characters. Liu barely spoke, and even Sonya Blade wasn’t as tough as I feel like she should be. I think they’re going to eliminate the Cole character early in the movie.

The Cole Young character doesn’t make sense anyway. They could have introduced him as Kuai Liang. TBH the way they butchered the first movie I’m not really excited about this one

I know many people want Cole to get killed but like they can do that and bring him back as Scorpion or something just like how Kuai Liang becomes Sub Zero after Bi-Han, but killing him off and making him stay dead and gone would not make anysense because he’s an original character for the MK1(2021) film and all they needa do is js improve his writing cuz he has potential to actually become a great character, you can turn a terrible character into a very likeable character with good writing and if you know what your doing

alright here's what's gonna happen at the end. They're all fighting shau khaun, and then he swings his hammer and the tip of it hits Cole in the eyes, but he's not dead then they kill/defeat shau khaun. The credit scene is Raiden walking to Cole holding a box and in the box is sento and the head band. But that's not it Cole then says "I used to have a friend her name was ken, she would like this" then they think hmm ken-she, I got it you ready then cuts to the name but it changes from Mortal Kombat II to Mortal Kombat rise of Kenshi "Absolute cinema"
