Wind speed is WILDLY different at different altitudes. Might be 8 knots at 1000m but at 5m it zero. She has no idea what she’s doing

The reason for this is in Florida bays are covered with large amounts of boats that are anchored and people are living in them like homeless encampment. They dump there sewage and garbage in the water. Most of the boats dont have operable engines or any type of propulsion. Most are not insured so when they sink or a storm pushes them up on land the municipality is then given the bill to dispose of them.
