I've been on hrt for 10 months, levels are finally good. I bloat no matter what I eat or drink, good or bad stuff. I can't consume anymore water with overactive bladder or I'll live in the bathroom. It's frustrating that nothing helps. sea salt or lemon water, sipping water, eating the right foods... I wonder if there's something deeper that could be the issue??? any tests that I could ask for?
