You should try vagus nerve stimulation. You can do it periodically throughout the day, and when you have any increase in feelings of anxiety or stress. You will find out once you have them control. They don’t spike on their own as much anymore, but it really works well. They have official prices but are kind of expensive and they are just glorified tens units with low power settings, and high stimulation frequency. Let me know if you wanna know more.
