The judge did not specify exactly how long this appeal window is, but I do believe it is just up until the 23rd which is sentencing. But I am not 100% on that and will be doing further research.

The prosecution said in the pled deal he cannot appeal. So if he has the chance to appeal than there shouldn’t be pled deal.. like how is that fair. Such bs. I feel like he’s gotten more breaks than the families rights and what they want.
