I explored this very briefly. I would usually get very vivid dreams instead, however one night I tried to shift to Twilight. I just clicked a sub audio on YouTube for it, closed my eyes and listened to it and imagined I was taking a nap in Bella’s home while it was raining. I start to feel like it’s working an hour in, as if I was actually in a whole new environment. I felt someone tug my pillow out from under my heat and I damn near had a heart attack. I woke up and was still in my bedroom, but what the HELL snatched my pillow?!?! 😭😭😭

The WitchTok community needs to normalize not believing in things. Just like you're allowed to not believe in starseeds, the three-fold law, and soul contacts, you can say you don't believe in whatever because it's YOUR practice/religion/spirituality. Like when people try preaching karma to people who practice western paganism. Some people got pissy at me once because I said I didn't believe in egregores. Like. Pal idk what to tell you, there's nothing you can say that can make me believe entities can be created by the human mind on accident. Purposeful stuff like servitors? Sure. But no, I don't believe that, for example, the president has an egregore protecting him (this isn't me enabling the hexing of gov't officials btw). Shifting is just another thing I don't believe in and there's nothing anyone could say to change my mind. "Oh but I actually experienced it!" okay, but people have "real" experiences all the time from hundreds of spiritual practices that contradict each other. I just don't and won't believe in it and that should be okay, esp 'cuz I'm not dissing the people that DO believe and practice it. Normalize rejecting spiritual ideas you don't vibe with 🤷♀️

I heard about shifting from a Filipino women I dated in HS. Her grandpa was a shaman and she told me about it. When I saw all them teens on TikTok talking about it I was shook 😭 also the technique they use (writing out a story before bed) is an actual psychology thing lmao we did it in psych class in HS

i practice witchcraft and reality shifting and when i tell you it helped me so much. matter of fact reality shifting is so overpowered that the spell is optional for the result to be perfect. when you get good at it all you have to have is intention. i havent seen a more overpowered spiritual practice yet.
