Here’s your reminder that all movement is good movement & you can get a lot done with bodyweight only💪🏼 3x10-15 each - reverse lunge to curtsy lunge (each leg) - kang squats (good morning to squat) - side lunge to pulsing sumo squat (each leg) - straight leg kickbacks (each leg) - fire hydrant to kick (each leg) - clam shell hip raise (each leg) Enjoy!
