Hi! From how many months onwards is it recommended to use a dual wall basket?
Also, sometimes coffee only comes out of one side. Why is that? What might I be doing wrong?
By the way, my coffee tastes really good and well balanced but there’s often a layer of water on top of the puck. Is there anything I can do about that?

All my fresh beans are sitting well at 6. Sometimes a 5 and sometimes across the two as they get older. Honestly though I used to be obsessed with 36g/30sec mostly get this but tastes amazing if slightly out still.

Weigh the beans. Aim for 18g with the standard basket. Weight the extraction and aim for 36g espresso. If it’s quicker than 25 seconds grind finer. Longer than 35 seconds grind coarser.

Hi, I just got my sage barista express. My coffee pours too slow and it’s just dripping as you showed it in the video. Can you recommend some grinding settings that can help with this issue? Thanks forward.
