Fill up you don’t need people like that. You have a good clientele to begin with. Why are you dealing with problem? Children hand them over to a totally different salon pick a salon that you hate and tell them to go there and give the old owner’s name as a referenceand tell him they’ll get 10% off give him some sort of incentive to go away

I will not redo a keratin because I know that they’re full of it and majority percentage of my customers repeatedly come back for keratin because it’s really good keratin. I myself do the same treatment and know it last very well even if I go swimming in the ocean because I live here in Florida or the poolbecause I have both and it’s still last so they’re full of it when they say it did didn’t last
