Place a hand on your heart or belly. Unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders. Notice where you’re bracing against life, soften there. Safety is built one moment of presence at a time. 3️⃣ Seek co-regulation — you don’t have to do this alone. Surround yourself with people, places, and practices that help your system feel safe enough to relax. Nervous systems attune to each other, connection is how we heal. Let your body learn that it’s finally safe to come home.
