People don’t buy a product..they buy the solution to their problem. In this video, the dentist was doing everything “by the book,” but he was missing the fire. I stepped in and shifted the whole energy. I made the room feel the pain of the customer, the urgency, the why. And that’s what closed the deal. Sales is not about information..it’s about influence.
