Friendly advice from a coach, don’t cast your hands. start your swing exactly how your already doing but instead of swinging like a golf club tighten your swing closer to your body instead of swinging all the way around. Casting takes way too long to get the bat to the ball when it travels the whole length of your body and also takes away control
