Babysitting co-ops work well for parents who don’t mind occasionally watching other people’s kids in exchange for the occasional sitter themselves. They don’t work when you add in third parties. If Karen doesn’t want to pay below market she shouldn’t ask

ive never heard od a baby sitting co op 🙃 i have swapped child care usually with kids my kids like like yay we will have a sleep over this week at ny house 🏠 and next week its there house... but co op feels like a lot bht agreed no one wants 4 kids
