picking on your examples of "adult content"; there is a difference between rated M and T games that have adult themes and actions and games that INTENTIONALLY PROMOTE awful acts (not defending stellar blade tho that ones too far)

i feel that it should be noted that this policy was forced onto steam by the banks who don't want to process payment for NSFW content. however these policies have been enforced before on other platforms like gun road and then were used by the banks to target LGBTQ+ content and not just NSFW content.

guys you realise they had to do this. Visa and mastercard could pull out meaning you would need paypall or gift cards to buy anything on steam. They only did it now because they were approached by visa or Mastercard and told to remove these games

the real reason they should have been taken down should have been steam updating their tos to specifically condemn these types of games, if people want gooner games there are definitely plenty that don’t go to the same depraved and are overall disgusting actions regardless theres no reason those games should even exist
