I would go as far as to say that it isn’t just no guarantee that any other administration would investigate— it’s a guarantee that most administration would NOT go after their own. It was because I read the testimony of the 13 year old girl who accused trump of raping her, and multiple credible stories from other women about him and I knew he was a predator not just of women but YOUNG GIRLS. His FBI dir says the FBI has all the files. His head of the DOJ said the files were on her desk. Why not now?
