I will never disown my children no matter what. Alhamdulillah I am Muslim and so are my children, but if anything should happen, god forbid but if it does, I won’t disown them ever. I am their mum. End of.

I’d say it’s good to give kids autonomy but it’s very scary on how we will be accounted for if our lineage goes away from Islam. I think even the repercussions while you’re would be stronger than you’d think.

In my heart I believe that if I raise my children with love, warmth, and the gentle light of Islam, free from pressure or guilt, they’ll grow to see its beauty for themselves. When faith is taught with compassion and lived with sincerity, the soul naturally leans toward it. You mentioned teaching them Islam upon love and not “fear” that’s incorrect, you need BOTH love and fear, they go hand in hand, hoping and loving Allah and his reward (paradise) and fearing Allah and his punishment (the Hell Fire),we need both!

It is ultimately Allahs choosing right? He guides whom He wills. Despite being born a Muslim I turned atheist because I was forced into religion through fear and culture taught me cause I’m a woman, I’m less. So naturally I started to disbelieve. But Allah found me, and guided me when I needed it the most. All of our journeys our different. I won’t force my kids either. I’ll teach them what I know to the best of my abilities and leave the rest up to Allah ❤
