This is Nightcap’s For Pho’s Sake cocktail with Pho Broth, Gin, Orange Liqueur and herbs. It’s served hot and, yes, it basically is a boozy bowl of Pho broth. It took a few minutes to process but with every sip I became more and more obsessed with it. It is unbelievable. The origin of For Pho’s Sake? Pho was Beverage Director Devin Courtney’s go-to hangover cure when he was younger.
