As a below C suite upper manager, I once had to fire an employee who did what the non-compliant manager told them to do. Great Team Member. Fought hard to keep them. Lost. Still makes me mad.

Worth pointing out that (per Astonomer’s web page) they only had one female in leadership…and she was sleeping with the CEO. That says a lot about what it took for women to hold any power there. Pretty horrific culture.

I worked for a major aircraft company that starts with a B, and married couple would have oral sex, and people on the other floors would watch them. They weren’t fired. They were just told to close the curtains.
