I don’t really see the memories as happy anymore because there was so much deception in the end. It makes me think all the good memories were fake. But also, even the good memories were connected to a toxic system that I knew was fucked up but now that I’m out of it it’s hard to find the good because of JUST how much toxicity surrounded the whole thing. Every time I look back I just think “holy shit… that was really bad. How did I live in that?” I feel like I’m in an awareness that is 100 years ahead of the actual reality and I don’t envy the people I left behind who now have to figure out what to do with their choices to ignore the red flags. But… I guess that is “karma” because I left because they bullied me for trying to raise red flags that I’m sure many people before me already had. So now that they can’t ignore them I can’t feel bad because they can’t say they didn’t know.. Idk… 2 years of forced manipulation and control in isolation will make you look at everyone of your past differently. Because also… what fucking world would do that to somebody?! Just… think about it… WHO THE FUCK does that?!
