I liked planet fitness and wanted to go back at one point, but told myself I never would after how they handle cancellations. It’s ridiculous, they need to be held accountable

Someone I know was fighting Planet about this for months and said they cancelled the membership but kept getting billed. Ended up sending a letter this time to cancel again and added “Esq.” (Esquire) to the end of her name. (Means you have a license to practice in law) Plant Fitness must of decided they didn’t want to mess with that because she never got billed again.

I had to write a letter to the original facility in Port St Lucie Florida because I moved to NY . .Insane .. They wouldn't take it over the phone 😂😂🥺 insane

It depends on the franchise. You can mail them a letter with a signature or you can do it online based on franchises

This just happened to me, almost 2 years later and I realized they’ve been charging me ever since I went in person to cancel. Went through my bank and it’s finally handled
