A wonderful dr from another country told me, when we look at each other we're seeing dead skin. gave me a script containing 80% alcohol to shed the dead skin, so the healthy skin cld breath. I've never had a problem since. my kids had me so stressed out that I broke out. never again 💓💓💓 as a cosmotologist we were also taught to never use alcohol. this woman was beautiful 😍

Clean it with glycerin soap , then use aloe Vera every day all day long . Your scar will completely disappear .. make sure the aloe is directly from the plant .. the stinky green stuff . I don’t have any scars and neither do any of my tree climbing, rough playing kids because of aloe .

After the wound has closed up after several months and you still have a scar, I highly recommend getting a PRP micro needling treatment. I split my nose open across the bridge over to the corner of my eye. When it was stitched up, it looked like Frankenstein, but the scar healed very well. Then nose on the skin still showed a scar so my injector suggested PRP micro needling. You can hardly see my scar and that’s if you scrutinized.🙌🏼👏🏼

dont agree ive healed a lot of wounds on face and body. Avon anew wrinkle cream daily mine has healed in a week. done with cuts and cystic acne. i was surprised at how quickly it heals.

I prefer aquaphor healing ointment. It feels like petroleum jelly but has zero smell. I used it for my lumpectomy scar and will use it during radiation therapy. Every nurse and doctor recommended it.

I live on well water. I do not want a major infection. Had two pts that had VP shunts. Both on their 3RD shunt due to infection. I talked to them and their Dr. They used peroxide after rinsing with their well water. Third shunts healed. I do understand why it's not recommended to use. But in certain cases 🤷♀️my mother also got a massive infection in a wound on her leg bc her Dr told her not to use H2O2. We don't all live on treated water. Please take that into consideration when recommending treatment.
