whats your take on long time fasting(more than one day) with proper electrolytes and fluid? I hear a lot who do it mention a lot of positives but i feel like it’s also easy to slip into disordered eating from it.

I break my fast (breakfast/meal1) is about 11am then eat every 2.5 hours after for meal 2-5 + 2 protein shakes ;)
