the ball did move more then one dimple, the question is, is this as a result of Shane’s actions or did the ball settle. I would reasonably argue it settled. However in golf if there is any doubt then there is no doubt. He has to take the penalty which from Shane’s perspective is the correct call. I do think there should be a review system by the RNA

No ….. Zach Johnson done hit 2-3 times a ball on practice swing and did not get penalties … due to he was not committed …. Neither Shane was !!! It was a practice swing !!!

Hate to say it but need anti establishment groups like LIV/YouTube golf to get rid of the Fossilized / Calcified talking heads and head masters that are standing in the way of progress and evolution of this beautiful sport. Embarrassing themselves at every turn the Brandel Chamblee and Faxon and Kisner.. just absurd the hierarchy.. guys like Dan Rapaport and the like to get their shot and the old guard needs to let go
