Because the talking points currently targeted toward trans men, trans mascs and masc lesbians specifically are TERF talking points. The same people who have issue with afab people being too masc will also have issue with amab people who don't perform femininity to their unreasonable standards. Because man = bad and woman = good. All genders are capable of doing good or bad things. And when bad actors arise it is generally bad taste to paint their whole demographic as evil. Dehumanizing language like this is a pretty good indicator for future gen oc ide. Fas cist playbook is to break communities apart so they can be more easily *broken down.* They need a shit heel. All queer people are on the menu, but trans people are the first course.
