ngl, After finding out Bonney's real Age, Some Scenes of her being a child began to make sense. in the Movie Stampede, there was a scene where everybody fell into the water. when bonney was being carried, She was in her child form. I always assumed she did it to minimise damage. but turns out the water rendered her unable to use her devil fruit, returning her to her original age. The same applies to the beginning of egghead where bonney was in a Big Warm Eddy, the water rendered her unable to use her devil fruit hence why she was shown in her child form when she was emerged from it.

the problem with the encyclopedia is that it is incomplete it's a record of known fruits and their abilities but it requires someone to actually record it so some fruits have pictures next to them for what the fruit looks like and others just have a list of abilities the problem is the fruits themselves don't come with instructions so it possible for 1 person to get a fruit use it one way record that usage and then later after they die a different person gets that same fruit but uses it completely differently and ends up recording it as a different fruit, this is made even more confusing when there are some cases of 2 fruits having similar abilities but they are 2 different fruits

In the first question you say submersion in water. Isn’t it only specifically sea water? I was under the impression fresh water is fine.

Vegapunk saying that Momonosuke's fruit is a failure because of his pink colour, seems like proof that unless a copied DF gives you exactly the same results it isn't the same fruit.

Actually, we learned how you make double fruit, weapons, and why it’s on zone types it’s because zone types are the only ones that are technically alive and have a will of their own and do a bunch of complicated stuff. I don’t remember every step but after like you do everything you put a weapon your devil fruit a zone type, and it basically eats, and then turns into the weapon.

on the abilities of DF question theybmention buggy flying. I always figured it was because I believe his ability is a type of magnetism and the parts push agai st eachother. so if everything is off the ground or solid surface he has nothing to push off of

That logia/paramecia debate never made sense. Per exemple Karasu is a logia based on a specific animal characteristic, not element or environment. Oda just isnt that good categorizing some devil fruits. Thats why he retconned luffys
