I’m a Pirates fan but I’m a football fan above all but I think it’s not right that we have preseason games televised because I think it messes with the players minds every player tries to play for glory rather than focusing on building a unit which in my case creates this unfair judgment on certain players believe it or not players are active on social media and they see what we say about them it takes one great strong character not to break but in most cases they do and when season starts they don’t live up to the hype (that we falsely create) then we ridicule management or players 🙂

It’s only in South Africa where people will have meltdowns about pre-season, what’s the whole point of preseason? Winning games? if preseason was all about winning we would’ve played with oBaroka and orbit college, it’s not about results in preseason, results are the last thing coaches look for in preseason, preseason is for building the foundation for the season ahead, getting players match fit and coaches implementing their style of play, chiefs played against strong teams, which is good for them because they’ll learn from those losses, stop overrating, it’s only preseason, what’s the point of winning all your preseason games, then comes the league you lose all your opening games? No guys, come, yes the team hasn’t been doing well the past few years, but we it doesn’t we should ignorant, we can’t be crying like this over training games??? Training? Ngeke madoda
