it's talking about the new Spirit not the flesh because he said" whosoever is born of God " and the only thing born of God when you get saved is your Spirit, he doesn't save our flesh

so he contradicts Romans 6 where it says I have died with Christ and it is no.longer I who live but Christ who lives in me. Well Christ cannot sin so neither can we unless we keep resuscitating the old dead nature and walking in it. We have a choice whether to sin or not it became optional but now those who are putting to death the deeds of the flesh are slaves of righteousness, our default is righteousness because it is Christ who lives not I. So the helpless sinners preached in church is a lie false teaching.
