@tndtok: #LosAngeles County Sheriff Robert Luna became emotional Friday when speaking to the media about an explosion that killed three members of his staff. "I have met with two of the three families, and as you can imagine, those were extremely challenging conversations,” he said, adding that there is "a black cloud" hanging over the sheriff's office.
