i’d ask for a autoimmune panel, it sounds like you’re going through more then just low ferritin

Mine have been low for years. Did iron infusions (expensive) for a year and my levels still would barely get or stay up. The only thing that may help is taking a specific protein powder daily that was recommended to me

If you have low iron, then you have low b12 as well. You should check that. Anything below 400 can have neurological issues so don’t let them tell you its normal if it’s under that number
