This is so true a friend of mine was approved and moved into apartment. And the apartment was still listed 4 weeks later he noticed it was still listed, called the landlord about rental listed.he think the landlord was still collecting $ 75 dollars rental application fees 😒.

Rental applications cost landlords money. We actually lose money from taking applications. If we pay someone $20.00 hour and they screen your application plus credit/ background check cost plus showing the unit. We pay $50-$100 per applicant
