@mamadontbreak: Albeni Cove on Lake Pend Orielle in Idaho was the most memorable and beautiful first camping trip I could have asked for. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable tent camping alone, and the volunteer village was great. There were showers and toilets, potable water, dumpsters, firewood for sale, a lake right on the campsite and no biting bugs!!! Overall we both had an amazing time and can’t wait to go again. I’m so proud of myself for going on this trip, even if our third person cancelled. I’m tired of waiting for that third person to make our family memories- we are a great team and I can do anything I set my mind to when it comes to teaching him the world around us.
