@tylerpath: The standing barbell bicep curl is surprisingly a demanding exercise to perform without cheating. A very common way people cheat is by leaning back on the concentric. The cue I like to use to avoid this to keep your glutes squeezed and flex your core. A flexed core naturally will prevent you form wanting to hyperextend your back (or at the very least, make you aware of it) #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding

Great advice! Engaging your glutes and core really helps to maintain proper form and avoid leaning back. It’s easy to cheat on this exercise, but focusing on those cues definitely makes a difference.
