@mirandaford_: Trying to schedule my first 6 therapy appointments every 2 weeks but the best they can do is every 3 months. If you ever wonder why veterans give up on therapy this is a prime example. It’s impossible to schedule anything. The VA doesn’t reply. The schedulers hang up on you repeatedly. If they don’t hang up on you they just let you sit on the phone by yourself for hours. 3 schedulers couldn’t schedule my appointments, it took the supervisor to do it.
