So in everything balance is what makes us stronger and happier. Although the weather was a bit nippy, the warm and hotubs were glorious to slip into. Our bodies love the contrast, and it can help ourbodies heal, detox, and become energized. What I loved about this spa was that there were levels to the warm,heat, and the cold. There are multiple pools and saunas with different temperatueres. so if you are a little baby about cold like me you can do the low level cold plunge or honestly just step out of the pools for a few minutes. The hot sauna, pools, and barrels are my favorite. I like my heat about 5 levels cooler than inferno. As an asthma girl I love forest bathing, because it helps heal my respiratory system.
