Look good, a bit of pomegranate molasses in your mix would also give it a tang! some like to add lemon juice bit I like pomegranate personally!

Although there are flaws in the way this fish was cooked, I appreciate the effort you put into it thank you! I would recommend that anyone wanting to try this dish experience it first at a Persian restaurant, where it’s prepared professionally.
