THIS IS SO REAL. It’s okay to have days where we don’t “do as well”. And it’s okay to fall short because we aren’t perfect. The key is consistency and you still going is AMAZING. I understand the ideas of feeling like we “fail” but we will all have days where we don’t live up to everything. Thats totally okay. And look how much you’re doing. Thats inspiring and something we all look up to. You’re doing so great girl. So proud of you🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hey, there's no judgement and I would love to give you an encouragement, everyone messes up and does things wrong, I see how disappointed you are in yourself but the fact you are willing to get back up and try again shows your inner strength and believe you can do it, because I certainly think you can! I hope you know how loved and beautiful you are beyond just your physical appearance and I'm sure everyone you know would agree. As a tip for maintaining a calorie deficit I would say try not to think of it as restrictions and what you can't have but make it possible for the foods you enjoy to be apart of daily life so it can become a lifestyle change rather then a punishment. Even if you don't see it, your authenticity is helping others through their own journey. My tip is to remember to think of it like this. You may have a whole day of outdoor plans, but when the day comes, its raining & everything you wanted to do gets cancelled which is ok to be upset about. But you can still pivot & make new plans. I've always been unsuccessful when I give myself a goal date because if I don't make it I just give up. Think of it as a goal weight, not a goal date and don't let the shame spiral be a slide going down, think of it as a staircase to start stepping back up on. You've got this girl & on the days you don't, lean on God & he'll left you up.

It IS possible !! I promise you it takes so so so much more mental work than anything else ! There are so many different ways to go about eating and nutrition for each individual person, find what works best for YOU !!! And it will flow and just make sense like you’ve never felt before

girl trust me that’s not accurate at all, i’m sitting here thinking if i should start this type of journey. something that helped me through my ed was remembering some days my body needs more food than other days. stopping now is letting the devil win. you were productive and you have a way to change (although not needed) every day isn’t going to be perfect but it’s progress ml. you got this. and maybe i’ll join you 🤔 you are so much more worthy than you think. you are better than it because you realize it and your not making excuses. being upset is okay, you are making progress, you aren’t a screw up, you will be able to do this. i really relate to the last part saying you have never saw results and me neither but you won’t know if you won’t try ml

i 100% have been through this. this is so valid and so proud of you for talking about this but pls pls pls do not let the calorie tracking app swallow you whole! i’ve been down the fitness app rabbit hole and it’s really hard to dig yourself out of it and the mindset that’s built with it. 2 “bad” days does not define your journey and you are so much stronger than you’d think 🫶
