I think a lot of my down spiral came from me losing my trusty harmonica. I used to bring that thing everywhere, really added value to my life, and now old felletsy is gone, and my life lacks music. Listening to 1hr 6 minute harmonica asmr on Spotify isn’t the same, I liked the feel of the wind blowing through my harmonica. The first couple of weeks I lost her I was so down bad that I used kitchen appliances to scratch that instrumental itch. I messed with the burners on the stove so they’d make that tirich noise, I opened and closed the freezer to hear the ice bbrashbbb in the ice box, and that’s when I started trying air fryer music. Around this time is also when our laundry machine sound box broke and started playing its startup music at random moments during the day for annoyingly long periods, and I like to believe the machine is a transformer and it broke its own soundbox just for me so I could have music in my life.
