I think in general, if you’re being asked to take the test, there’s a good chance you’re getting arrested.

I mean there are multiple cases of people getting 0.00 on the breathalyzer test and still getting arrested for DUI cause of other "signs" the person has showed during that field test, which usually gets thrown out cause it's pseudo science mostly

People really attack you for explaining how the law works as if you wrote it yourself.

I’m not going to continue to give the officer any more probable cause than they already “think” they have. I am not obligated to aid law enforcement in their investigations against me. If they think I’m drunk and they’re going to arrest me anyway then let’s go to court

Question about Georgia law. Can you say that you would rather just do a breathalyzer instead of the field sobriety test?

I think much of the general public has the misconception that you get arrested because you committed a crime when in actuality you get arrested because they THINK you committed a crime and then the court and a jury will decide if in fact you did commit a crime. Arrest ≠ guilt

My lawyers always tell me not to take them even sober. Only implied consent is the stationed machine

How likely are they to just switch from “I think your drunk” to I think you took xyz drug and are going to charge you based on that now instead.
