It's best to have dental work for small kids in a hospital environment. Children's hospitals have specialized dentistry services. Kids who have respiratory issues or underlying conditions are at high risk. Sorry to hear stories like this.

My baby had the same procedure done this past Monday. I was so scared the whole time. I wasn’t allowed in the back which makes it even worse

very possible ..my aunt was having a procedure done , they took her to the hospital because they couldn’t wake her up and her husband was in the waiting room with no clue by the time they told him she was already at the hospital

Wait , wait, so the baby was in the dentist office getting a cavity filled and not at a hospital?! kids at that age, they suppose do that at a the hospital. What got me is that the parents was in the waiting room and they didn’t tell them until almost an hour later.

I honestly think that they were afraid of the parents reaction but me personally I would have been asking what’s going on back there who are they here for straight up because I need to know!

Good thing I couldn’t never get my kids scheduled for a appointment so I gave up I didn’t know they had to keep me out the room with my 1 year old
