i did this consistently for 4 weeks and it didn't do much for me. the ingredients are also not great for you. There's better alternatives! I wouldn't settle for this product. I actually felt kinda grossed out by it after a month.

IDK the sugar content but post weightloss surgery you have to be really careful. Even if it's not cane sugar the dumps feel like you're passing away
