Your daughter’s dad should absolutely be paying you child support. Raising a child in the US is astronomically pricey. You say you do not want it but its immoral for him to not provide support. Your kid deserves it

Yep same boat but no kids (and I wasrecently laid off). Housing, student loans, necessary home repairs, groceries - paycheck to paycheck. we live in RI and cost of living is bananas.

we are a one income family of 4 that doesn’t make close to 6 figures .. we are comfortable… I mean .. we live in Florida with no AC in the car and when it rains it floods it … but … it’s got a full tank of gas in it … we don’t have a fancy house but it’s 4 bedroom 2K sq ft … so I really would like to know where your moneys going … I’m not trying to be disrespectful I’m GENUINELY itching to look at your bank statements 😂 I’m a penny pincher and I bet I could change your life 🤣

Make a list of everything you spend money on in a month. The amount you make there should be no reason you live pay check to pay check. I also live in Massachusetts

idk i think it comes down to money management. I wish i could make 107k i barely make half that. After taxes it’s a little less than 40k you can’t spend above your means
