I have had muccchh less side effects with Tirz over Sema. As I get into the higher doses I’m noticing nausea and fatigue the first 1-2 days after taking my shot, but not until end of 10 / start of 12.5

I had HORRIBLE side effects with semaglutide (ozempic) and it happened on .25 Iv had GREAT results with Mounjaro and Zepbound I seen weightloss at 7.5!
