Inflammation = fasting everyday for at least 15 to 30 days. Try your best not to eat sugars. Treat the health of your Gut. Drink warm water. Limit lifting weights during those 15 to 30 days. Walk. Lentils don’t work for everyone? If you she’s IBS they tend to flare us up same with any crucified vegetables (take very long to digest so they bloat and inflame) also onions and garlics cause inflammatory and anything spicy also inflames🥴

i'm dealing with the same. my doctor suggested cutting back on dairy. trying getting plant based milk, cheese etc products. a more Mediterranean diet. Over time once the inflammation goes you will loose weight. I'm down 20 lbs.
