I'm actually an engineer who works on these exact types of robotics and I can explain what's happening here. Honestly, Disney shouldn't have been surprised that this would happen on opening night. If they had me there, this wouldn't have happened. Basically, the animationic is programmed to mimic the real Walt Disney's physical mannerisms perfectly 1:1. When "Walt" was delivering that line, the animatronic had a melanated individual reflected in its eye, compelling it to call them a racial slur. Its rotors caught just before it could say the N and forced a dance sequence.
