If you have good microbiome, milk is amazing for your health. If your microbiome is full of bad bacteria and fungi, milk will feed them and wreck your health with their metabolites.
Assuming you're healthy, go for raw dairy as it contains many probiotics that will add to your good microbiome.

I gave up dairy & gluten due to Hashimoto’s & feel so much better! 👍🏻 Almond milk for coffee, fudgsicle, chia pudding & baking. Potatoe & brown rice replaces gluten. Intermittent fasting helps too 👍🏻😊

Wrong. I’ve increased my use of full fat dairy and I’ve lost weight. The issue is processed dairy. Choose full fat and grass fed and it’s very healthy

Pasteurized Dairy is incredibly toxic causing all kinds of health issues. Organic grass-fed Raw unpasteurized dairy is the exact opposite… a superfood. I drink half gallon raw dairy a day to heal my body.
