there is a closed city nearby (Mercury), and the road in-between the closed city and area 51 says nuclear disposal all alongside it and only military can use it. when there was that big invade area 51 thing meme going on, I just google map the area it was all labeled

It's the same thing that happened with my great grandfather. He was assigned to chem company 217. Agent Orange fucked us up, on gen 4 now since contact and we still struggle with it. I only figured it all out over the past year. These guys were never told the dangers and blamed themselves or their wives for the issues and were convinced they were genetic defects caused by bottlenecking from over 250 years ago 😒. Sudden cardiac issues, cleft lips/pallettes, higher rates of miscarriage, polydactyly, syndactyly, mental retardation, birth defects, possible links in XY sex reversal due to haploinsufficiency though this is not studied or publicized for obvious reasons. If you do the research under the main chemical name, DIOXIN, the data is 100% available.

it is a badlands desert, it is covered in dry scrub and small trees. actually a lot of it is sage brush so it will make a thick tarry smoke for miles
