✨fat loss tips✨ I will continue to say this over and over and over again , I saw the most results when I started prioritizing the basics. It’s super easy to get caught up in this idea that you’re finished journey is supposed to look like this ideal version that we see on the Internet and that is just not true. You actually do not need to do that much to see the results that you wanna see, but we’re looking at a highlight reel of a perfect routine.  I saw the biggest changes in my personal physique when I was going through my mini cut when I started being more intentional about getting my steps in . So if that meant that I was taking an additional 30 minutes to an hour extra walk during the day or putting myself in more positions to get more steps in that’s what helped me the most.  And then secondly because I was doing more lower impact exercises. I found my cravings to be less extensive and easier for me to stay on track with my nutrition. I never feel like I am restricting myself when I’m eating I get breakfast lunch dinner and snack snacks and even a sweet treat. Just like everyone else. I’m just mindful what I put in my body. I think of food as how can I feel my body vs, How can I get the least amount of food in my body.
