Frodo deserved to sail away to experience peace. Because Galadriel was right. The quest did claim Frodo’s life. And in that claiming there was peace for everyone BUT Frodo on Middle Earth. He had to go far away to experience it for himself again.

In my heart, Yavanna had a cure and did cure Frodo. She will definitely like the Hobbits. Same with Tulkas. And he lived there until the end of his days after Sam joined him there.
