I do this exact thing with my third baby and everyone acts like I’m completely insane. She sleeps on my lap in the evening while we watch tv or do whatever we want and then I put her to bed when I go to sleep. I carry her during the day for naps or she nurses while I sit on the sofa and my older kids can easily come to me and we can read together or I can help them with whatever they’re working on from that spot. It works just fine for me! She naps so easily on the go

This, I wouldn’t say my baby is easy at any stretch but will only carrier nap/cat nap in my arms. But if I put her down in the day it’s NO instantly, I tried dark room all the things it made her more upset 😆

Laughing that people think this is easy 😅 I held my first for every nap (and most of the night) for 2 years and it was far from easy 😭❤️

Same here. How and when do you plan to try to get your baby sleep in the crib? I am loving contact naps but get ca 0 time to do things without holding a baby day or night. I'm good with it for a while but obviously this cannot go on when I need to get back to work😬
